Refund Policy
Who can request a refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge: your first payment, the first payment after the free trial and every renewal. You do not need to give a reason. This policy adds to the rights that consumer law in your country gives you and does not replace them.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund for it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.
How to request a refund
Use the link in the email Paddle sent you about the purchase, or write to [email protected] from the email address of your Subglish account and tell us which charge to refund. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, makes the refund.
Processing time
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used within 5–10 business days after the refund is approved. When it appears on your statement depends on your bank.
Your subscription after a refund
A refund does not cancel your subscription by itself. To stop the next renewal, cancel the subscription as our Terms of Service describe, or ask for it in your refund request and we will cancel it for you.
Exceptions
We refuse a refund only where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
